Netbook reflection 2013

I like my netbook it helps me to learn a lot more.I like to do writing on google docs and and I like to blog post. Sometimes we have to go on someone’s blog and leave a good comment.

I like to go on my blog and to see if someone has leave a comment but no one hasn't.

Sometimes we do games only if we finished of all our work and our checklist but games are not learning. Sometimes we go on youtube to check out some cool stuff.Sometimes Mr barks lets as

go on his links to youtube to look at some strategy’s and to learn them.We go on sites like maths whizz xtramath and studyladder.

Action World

On Friday some of the year 7s went to action world we went on bus's it took us like 30 minutes to get there. When we got there we had some lunch.Then we talked about the rules. We had to be in groups. There was jump and slide free climb jungle swing and the crazy ladder trapeze

high wire and jousting bridge and a trampoline. My favourite one was the high wire because you

walk on this wire and when you fall you land on this soft pad and you can flip of but you have to land on your back or but. My low point was the crazy ladder you have to go up this ladder but it is wobbly and you can fall of easily. After all that you get free time you can go on anything you want.Then we all had to go sit next to the trapeze if you wanted to go on you had to complete the jungle swing.

Highlight of the year 2013

When I was a year 7 we had to go to the street it’s like a small hall. When all the year 7s and year 8s got there Mrs Nua called our names and a room number like room 15 19 20 21 and 22 I wanted to be in my friends classroom. But I went to room twenty two.

As the terms went by we did lots of fun stuff we played games like touch handball lightning ball and more. But it was boring when we had to run around the reserve lots of times.

And we had swimming lessons for one week.

And I made a friend called William and more and some times we used to hate each other. Then my cousin came her name was

Gianna she came to pt England school three years ago.Then Gianna’s brother came called Michael he went to 2 schools called green meadows and west bridge west bridge is a home school so he sleeps there and on the weekends he can come over when term 3 was almost over we had athletics and we had cross country.

I liked this year because it has been so fun with Mrs Nua And Mr barks and all my friends.

We also had fun on our netbooks I love my netbook. Now I am so looking forward for next year my goal was to be good this year and to be good at writing reading and maths and to be nice.

Learning how to swimm

 When I started swimming I was in the hot pool I had to keep on working to get to

the main pool so we worked on our freestyle and our backstrokes and I keep on working hard. Then I made to the main pool it looks so hard we have to not touch the ground because if a wave pulled you out to sea its not like you can touch the floor so that's why in the pool we can not touch the ground. and when we went to the cold pool we were learning about swimming on our side and when we do freestyle we had to count to 3 and when we put our head out.

 

We have to put our head to the side and put it on our shoulder then when our head goes back in our head goes first.I think I do good and well.IN the futire I need to work on my backstrokes. we learn not to touch the ground and to breathe out of the water.

My first day at school

As I woke up at 7.30 in the morning my mum told me to get ready for school Evan so I got up I went to the bathroom washed my face. I had my breakfast it was weetbix and milk. So I got my bag with my lunch and put my shoes on and I was all ready to go to school. But there was one problem it was raining hard outside and I remember today it is Thursday and there is tech today and I had no raincoat so I had to run to school.

When I got to school I was wet and cold then we went in to class and sat down and did our wiata.

Then we did our pray when we were finished we went to tech I didn't want to go tech because it was raining and I wanted a raincoat but we got umbrellas and I got the smallest one and I still got wet and when I got to Tamaki  college I was soaking wet.

I choose this book because it is fun to read and it is interesting.

Zyrin Was riding on his bike he goes to the bike track and he goes over ranps and on the Last one he falls because his tire blowns up

The america,s cup

Come on New Zealand we only need to win one more race to bring the america's cup back home.We are trying to win but we can't race today because it is not windy enough to blow the boat If we win I hope we will celebrate. And the New Zealand team to celebrate to.

Cross country

yesterday we did cross country and we were waiting for the juniors to go first.

It long until it was the year 7s to go most of there we went up the start line and mr burt

said ready set go most of as sprinted it in the start. I did then when we got to the corner we slowed down.Then we went past the year 8s they were cheering for as I was running with my friend Kori.

After about 15 minutes me and Kori were at the back but then we caught up. On our second lap we so the year 8 boys and girls the when we were close to the finish line and when I was finished I was proud and happy.

My goal

My maths goal is to get better at my xtramaths because I moved on to division.

What if i was a superhero

If I was a superhero I would save people. And stop people from stealing and beating up people and burgling.lf I was invisible l will stop people shooting people in shops and I can be bulletproof. When l turn into a

superhero l am man of steal. If a plane was crash landing I would go fly up to it and stop it from falling.

A bad day today

The moment I woke up. I discovered to my amazement that i was the size of a giant!

today was going to be a very interesting day indeed

As the moment I woke up i just noticed my mum and dad were small but then I did not fit threw the door. Then I knew that i was a giant so l did not know how get to school if i can't get outside. After that l broke down the side of the house.when I got my lunch it was very small  then I went of to school it only took me 5 step to get there. When I saw my friends they were small So after school when l got back home I was trying to get back inside. When I had dinner My plate was small and I was fast to eat and he can not go to sleep in his bed.

Will.i.am

On Thursday we had an important assembly because someone was giving us a big gift.  We didn't know who was giving the gift until Mr Burt said "do you know the group  -The Black Eyed Peas?" Everybody said "yes". Then Mr Burt said who do you think is coming and everybody said Will.I.am after that. We where watching videos then we watch P.E.NN then Will.I.am finally  arrived and people were cheering.  He came and sat down and Mr Burt was talking and after that the ponem went on the stag and pefmed it was cool then it was hip hop they where cool too.

going to the beach

This morning we all completed our first writing sample for 2013.I have posted it just as I wrote it in the 40 minutes that we were given so that throughout this year I will be able to look back and reflect on the progress I have made in my writing I will post my goals from this soon




On friday we went for our picnic at the beach there were a lot of pepol .
I was walking with my friend Kori. I was sweaty because it was a very hot day.
When we got there Kori went missing I didn't know were he went I thought he went to the toilet.

Then my Other friend went missing too then I went to go look for them I looked on the beach I checked in the toilets and he wasn't there. So I went to go play football it was fun until it got boring.Then I went to ask kyal If you can help me look for Kori and Michael so we looked in the same places to see if he was there but he wasn't.

Then we went to the park he still wasn't there.But then I can here Kori yuling out to me I was looking around then I saw him on top of the roof then I said how did you get up there
someone frew me up  where's Michael over there Then I said lookout.

Then the man frew Kori of and Michael Kori broke his leg Michael he landed on his feet and he was ok.So then the man jumped of and try to run The I got a rock and frew it and i got his head and and he ran in the tree and black out Then I got my phoen and rang 111.The police came and toke the man to jail for 4 years.I got the abulince too.
